Layered cuts only work best for this style. These are the perfect voluminous curls to give a 90s inspired blowout look for half the price! Glossy prep & blowout / volumizing products will be used in this style to help the curls last just as long as a blow out. In order to achieve the full clean classic look your hair must be washed & dried before arrival ($50 drying fee).
